Happy New Year to me with a new story out at Uncanny Magazine, A House Full of Voices is Never Empty. I’m so thrilled about this because Uncanny has been a dream market since, well, pretty much since they launched their very first Kickstarter! There’s also an interview with me in this issue, with wonderful, thoughtful questions by Caroline M. Yoachim.
This is a story that comes from a version I wrote at Clarion in 2017, and so it owes a lot to my classmates’ comments and care. It might be the most personal story I’ve written so far.
